Harrison Kross

Harrison Kross is an experienced Principal Program Manager with over 10 years experience in Financial/Banking applications and systems. He has over 18 years experience in Program/Regional management on four continents - North America, Asia, Europe, and Africa. Harrison is also an ITIL Framework & SDLC Project Methodology expert.  He has consulted on ITIL, Zachman, and COBIT Framework programs and created Project Management Office frameworks for many Fortune 500 companies, including iXL, Inc., Northrop Grumman, Rockwell Collins, Unocal, Amgen, and Asian Development Bank.

Harrison regularly manages the P&L for $20 Million+ budgets and staffs of 50+ people.  He is an expert in MS-Office, MS-Project, requirements gathering, facilitating Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, and writing business and systems requirements documents.  He also natively speaks English; and has language skills in conversational French and is learning Thai and Japanese.

ITIL/COBIT/SDLC/PMO Large Scale Deployments ERP/CRM/CMS:

  • Asian Development Bank Created Project Management Office (PMO), wrote Project Life Cycle (PLC), and wrote ITIL framework for Software Development, Infrastructure Upgrades, Change Management, and Configuration Management. Co-wrote Business Case, Project Charter, and Project Management Plan for Oracle ERP (PeopleSoft) integration with custom-built CRM system. Lead review of Activity-Based Management (ABM), iSupplier, and iRecruitment modules. Managed upgrades to Documentum CMS.

  • Namco Bandai Managed SOX Audit using COBIT framework; Designed and deployed ITIL framework for Software Development, Infrastructure Upgrades, Change Management, and Configuration Management. Upgraded PeopleSoft ERP 7.x and deployed PeopleSoft Balanced Scorecard and Activity-Based Management (ABM) modules.

  • American Honda Motors, Inc. Lead SOX audit using COBIT framework; deployed controls to SAP ERP system and IBM FileNet CMS.

  • Amgen, Inc. Co-wrote ITIL Framework and methodology for SDLC. Completed SAP ERP upgrade and development of custom CRM and Cognos-based Reporting systems. Deployment of SAP Business Information Warehouse (BW), Operational Data Store (ODS), and Documentum Content Management System.

  • Franklin Templeton Investments Co-wrote ITIL Framework and SDLC. Project Manager and Requirements Analyst for design and deployment of Financial Reporting web site and data warehouse with Vignette CMS.

  • iXL, Inc. Designed and deployed ITIL Framework for enterprise-wide SDLC. Created PMO and co-wrote full SDLC, templates and methodology.

  • Capital Research & Management Wrote Quarterly & Yearly Financial Report to Shareholders for several multi-million dollar Mutual Funds. Deployed in Interwoven CMS. Co-wrote SDLC and plan for ITIL Framework deployment.

  • Rockwell Collins Principal Program Manager - developed +$25M Business Jets OEM and $23M Japan Air Lines accounts

Harrison graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Aerospace Engineering.  He has also attended UCLA for post-graduate work in management, working toward an MBA.
