Joe Zarate

Joe is an IT professional consultant focused on project management.  He is a proven manager and team builder with the ability to establish and develop productive working relationships and deliver innovative solutions to complex business problems on-time and under budget. As an active member of PMI Central Mass Chapter, he incorporates PMI metrics in managing all his projects.

Joe also has extensive international experience having implemented global enterprise solutions in UK, Europe (France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Switzerland) and in Asia (Japan, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, Korea).

His most recent engagements include:

Human Resource Related

  • Centive Compel (Commission Management)

    • Global implementation (North America, EMEA, APAC) in a software sales environment. System administered 35 incentive plans for 125 commissioned sales employees.

    • Implementation in a medical publications/analytics environment. System administered 20 plans for 300+ employees in North America and EMEA.

    • Implementation in a media publishing environment. System administered 26 plans for 300+ sales employees in North America and EMEA.

  • Kronos (Employee Time Tracking)

    Global implementation of Kronos Workforce Timekeeper system in a general business environment. System administered paid time off entry for 525+ employees in 13 countries across North America, EMEA and APAC.

  • SAP Human Resource System

    Global implementation of fully integrated HR system. System supported 1200+ employees in North America, EMEA, and APAC

Finance/Accounting

  • SAP BPC (OutlookSoft) Business Planning and Consolidation

    Implementation of a Headcount Application in a general business environment. Solution administered head count for North America, EMEA, and APAC businesses.

  • SAP Business Warehouse

    Implemented the global system upgrade affecting North America, EMEA, and APAC.

 Services

  • Changepoint (Professional Services Automation)

    Global multi-phased project which expanded the use of this professional services system.

  • e-Commerce (B2C)

    Implemented a fully functional e-commerce site allowing download of software for evaluation or purchase.

Prior to joining Customer Centricity team, Joe held various manager and director positions in the IT industry. One of his most challenging projects was managing the team that designed, developed and implemented the concept and use of ATM debit cards in a fast food restaurant environment. This successful implementation became the model used in all fast food restaurants today.
